the jist of it is, its backed by actual federal agencies, including the miltary, juridictional police, and yes, clandestine agencies

but its not google, if you want something added just contact your local representitive (house.gov search for your +4 zip code through the postal services) or show up at your local office with some documentation and try to suggest there

its not google, theres no real api, but it is a fully blown us government sponsored, coded, and maintained search engine!
